The usefulness and importance of meditation are no longer to prove. Many serious scientific studies have largely demonstrated its beneficial effects on psychological, physical and energetic health.
It helps to develop concentration, reduces cardiovascular problems, reduces pain, strengthens immunity and brings emotional balance by also promoting personal development.
Meditation greatly increases well-being and quality of life. It improves the mood, positively modifies our emotions and our perceptions.
Meditation is the training and practice of the art of understanding the nature of our mind and of connecting with our interiority, it is an understanding, an awareness of who we really are. The goal is to find in us deep relaxation, calm and true love. There are many types of meditation.
I have been practicing meditation for 17 years and I can say that it is a real pleasure for me, a permanent resource of stability and a refuge where necessary.
